We understand plans can change. Cancellations made 7+ days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days before receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

We typically arrive 15-30 minutes before your scheduled start time to set up and ensure everything is ready to go. Takedown is equally quick at the end of your event.

Absolutely! If we don't have another booking immediately after yours, we're happy to extend your rental time. Just let our game coach know during your event, and we'll arrange the extension.
